I was pleasantly surprised at how clean it was. The staff was super friendly. Breakfast was very good everyday. We will be back. Nothing like a clean quiet room. Only thing I would change is the light & fan switch together. They should have a separate switch because the fan is to loud.

Front desk was not always staffed. Called receptionist several time before someone answered. Kerrigan was broken. It was replaced after second request.

I didn't pay attention when booking that they accept guests from 3 pm. After a long flight, I wanted to check in faster. I was met by a nice girl who allowed me to check in an hour earlier. Thank her very much! The large and comfortable bed made me happy. Everything is cozy. Thanks to the entire staff of the hotel!

The staff was very friendly. I would say they were genuinely friendly and helpful rather than being friendly because they had to. That is rare and much appreciated.

very clean and welcoming staff! my son fell at dinner next door and they were so kind and offered a first aid kit! made my sons birthday weekend very special!

Loved the hot breakfast that was included. The cookies at 6 was a sweet touch! The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the staff was exceptional! I would definitely stay again.
